He is widely recognized for driving high-performance operations, optimizing production systems, and delivering consistent business growth in competitive markets.
A specialist in end-to-end brewery operations, Mr. Chandekar has successfully led the commissioning of greenfield brewery projects in Sikkim and Assam, showcasing his expertise in project execution, plant setup, and rapid capacity scaling. His ability to transform operations is reflected in measurable achievements, including improving brewhouse yield from 65% to 69% and reducing bottling beer losses from 5.5% to 1.5% .
